Seasonal Banners enquirements

I believe I'd came across some suggestion to you via Live Messenger.
But I think it's better if all the members here are alert of our conversation so comments and replies can be made for this suggestion.
Each forum has their own forum banner and I believe this banner each of us seen now is undoubtly the ultimate one of this forum ?
But seasons change and moods change too !
Sometimes, just a little colour add-ons or a glittery simple effect can affect one's mood when they log into this forum. It's simple actually, when people becomes happy, MORE will join this forum. (I'm thinking from a majority point of view)

For example, Christmas is coming. Then New Year (2008), Chinese Lunar New Year, Raya & etc ......
Let's show that we are celebrating the festive seasons and we're warmth hearted
